Lu-Lu's bistro is on the lower level floor of the Interstate Plaza building, as I was told by a charming sign near the entrance. The bistro is incredibly cozy, smells wonderful, has great prices and has endearing owners who really care. They opened six years ago and, amazingly, weathered COVID to remain open. I am from out of town and needed to wait a few hours for a meeting to start, I am really thankful for the serendipity that brought me here rather than Starbucks. If you get a chance, stop in! The breakfast sandwiches are REALLY good! It's a spot to recharge your soul
